Conference presentation proposals for the 2024 ACE WIL BC Conference: “WILful Together” will be accepted until November 15, 2023.

The 2024 ACE WIL BC Conference: “WILful Together” is taking place on May 27-28, 2024 at the Anvil Centre in New Westminster, BC.

The conference theme revolves around the acronym WILful, which stands for:

W = What’s Up? (What’s on your mind? What’s happening? Who’s doing what? Why do we do what we do) – this is an open category

I = Inclusive WIL (EDI + justice+ accessibility + Indigenization)

L = Learning through resilience (post-pandemic WIL learning, teaching and events)

F = FUN (creating fun and meaningful WIL experience for everyone)

U = United (empowering WIL connections)

L = Lessons learned (through COWIL projects – what? So what? Now what?)

Submission Details:

• Individual and group presentations are welcome.
• Presentations are 50 minutes long or less, with flexible delivery styles and formats that you can specify at the time of your submission.
• Submissions, via the form below, will require you to have the following information ready:
  • presenters’ name(s);
  • contact information;
  • presentation title and description;
  • delivery style; and,
  • AV needs.

The Program Committee will adjudicate and contact shortlisted candidates to confirm their participation and presentation details. Presenters must ensure that they also register and pay for their conference participation.
