Talented, energetic and dedicated post-secondary students across BC are available to help you revitalize your organization, strengthen your organization’s talent pipeline, fill in staffing gaps and exposing your team to new ideas and creative thinking.
Even though COVID-19 has disrupted the way we work, students remain keen to apply their learnings in real work settings, in the field, on site or remotely. And, the Federal and Provincial governments are offering increased funding and flexibility for small and medium-sized enterprises that qualify.
How does “Post an Opportunity” work?
We offer easy access to students at 25 post-secondary institutions and a multitude of work-integrated learning programs through this one portal.

- Get inspiration on what students can do for you
- WE automatically forward your posting to our member universities, colleges and institutions
- WIL professionals at the institutions you’ve selected will contact you once they receive your posting
