Douglas College offers the most bachelor’s degrees and post-degree programs of any college in British Columbia and is known for combining the academic foundations of a university with the career-ready skills of a college.

Many of Douglas College’s programs include co-op opportunities. Co-op education alternates semesters of classroom studies with paid, full-time work, giving our students the hands-on experience that will make them job ready when they graduate. Work terms are usually four or eight months and take place after students have completed the second or third semester of their academic program.
