This open and adaptable toolkit was created by Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) student project assistants, Alexandra Taylor (Arts) and Jamie Verschoor (Bus). It is a resource for post-secondary educators interested in ways to bring emotional intelligence (EI) into their WIL conversations. It contains an overview of the KPU COWIL project including why emotional intelligence is an important skill for students, how participants are using EI in their practice, case studies, classroom activities, interview questions, and additional resources.
