Talent MATCH for Students hosted leadership consultant and BC Arts Council appointee, Jules André-Brown, for a discussion about leadership and entrepreneurship for students pursuing careers in museums, arts and culture. He presented an overview of his graduate research examining young peoples’ involvement with arts organizations, stressing the importance of flexibility and transparency for attracting and retaining students to the sector.
