Cynthia Maclean, BCIT

We are delighted to award the 2016 ACE Outstanding Contribution Award to long term advocate and contributor to the Co-op profession, Cynthia Maclean of BCIT. A practitioner for the last 25 years, Cynthia has been a member of Accountability Council for Co-operative Education (ACCE) for 10 years and from 2014-2016 was Chair of ACCE and served on the ACE Board. During her tenure as ACCE Chair, Cynthia managed multiple initiatives including the 1.3 million in government funding for Cooperative Education institutions, led a working committee to promote and highlight co-operative education on the WorkBC website and contributed to numerous subcommittees.
