The Tourism Management Diploma at Okanagan College is designed to give students real-world knowledge, skills, and opportunities designed to advance careers in the tourism sector. Upon graduation, students will be ideally suited for supervisory or front-line management positions in tourism.

In Year 1, students spend 2 terms in class, then two terms on co-op work terms, with one last classroom term before the summer break. In Year 2, students spend 2 terms in class, have a break over the winter, and then a final classroom term before graduation.
