Dylan is a 4th year Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resources) student who has also completed a Diploma majoring in general management at Camosun. He completed his first co-op with the Victoria based InnovativeCommunities.Org Foundation, a non-profit with operations in over a dozen countries. Dylan worked on a wide range of tasks giving him exposure to Human Resources, communications, and management functions. During his co-op work term, he performed so well that he was appointed to the foundation’s senior leadership team at the recommendation of the organization’s founder. According to Dylan, the co-op experience contributed significantly to the educational experience and his own personal growth. He highly recommends Co-operative Education to anyone with the opportunity and looks forward to completing his second co-op.
