Recruiting new talent through the Interdisciplinary Co-op Education program at UBC Okanagan provides access to attentive, hardworking, and innovative undergraduate students who can engage on specific projects or fill short term positions within the workplace.

Undergraduate students are available from a range of disciplines including:
Bachelor of Arts
Bachelor of Fine Arts
Bachelor of Human Kinetics / Heath & Exercise Sciences
Bachelor of Management
Bachelor of Media Studies
Bachelor of Science
Students are available to begin paid full-time work experiences for four, eight, or twelve-month experiences starting January, May, and September each year.
Applicable co-op experiences come from a wide range of industries, employers, and geographic locations. Many co-op opportunities are in Interior British Columbia, but we welcome opportunities across BC, Canada, as well as internationally located.
