UBC’s Applied Science Program is a well-established co-op program where students can gain up to 20 months of paid, relevant, and invaluable technical work experience.
Co-op is available to undergraduate students in all engineering disciplines, Bachelor of Design students, and to graduate students in a MEng program. To be accepted, you must demonstrate strong communication skills, a solid academic foundation, and professional maturity.
Co-op opportunities are available across numerous industries, employers, and geographic locations. Many co-op opportunities are in British Columbia and Alberta, but there are opportunities available across Canada, in the USA and globally.
